24 Response will provide these Services by coordinating with its empaneled Service Partners. Users need to make payment to the emergency service providers as applicable.
Charges for fuel/medicine delivery will be applicable as per actuals. Prescriptions are mandatory for specified medicines.
Our First Responders will provide all our services within the Serviceable Areas of 24 Response. Certain situations may require the involvement of government authorities and we shall enable the coordination on our best effort basis.
House Check Service includes a scheduled visit to the subscribers registered address and verification of external perimeter safety only.
24 Response HelpMe service is available via on-call support and through its registered emergency service providers across 800+ cities PAN India. Additionally, our own physical responders are available in Delhi/NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad and Mumbai. Kindly check exact service location coverage here.
Our TrackMe service is available only via our mobile application. Further, if the incident demands an on-ground response, it shall be charged in accordance with the service availed.
Maximum usage for any quarterly and annual plan is 90 and 365 incidents respectively.
